The Alliance for Behavioral and Developmental Disabilities (ABDD) is dedicated to ensuring the quality of life for all individuals in our care by promoting a rewarding and productive lifestyle. Through positive approaches, our individuals make choices, face challenges, succeed and sometimes fail, but nevertheless, have the opportunity to lead their lives as they desire.
ABDD is committed to providing the highest quality of services for the people and families we serve. Through a teamwork approach, ABDD provides an individual-centered environment in attempt to form a concentric circle of treatment that targets and enhances all aspects of the individual’s life.
The Alliance for Behavioral and Developmental Disabilities offers and coordinates the following services:
- Over 21 Community Living Arrangements centrally located in Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
- Behavioral Supports
- Linking outpatient services such as psychiatric, psychological, and counselling.
- Linking employment and training opportunities

Community Living Arrangement
We provide individualized, homestyle community living services with trained staff, integrated healthcare, and personalized support programs to help people with intellectual and mental health challenges build independence and actively participate in their communities.
Behavior Supports
We provide in-home and contracted behavioral support services through a dedicated team that develops individualized, goal-focused plans using positive, evidence-based approaches under licensed psychological supervision to promote meaningful growth and independence in daily living skills.
Life Sharing
We offer a Life Sharing program that places people in supportive home settings with families or caregivers in the community, backed by a dedicated professional team and program oversight that ensures individualized support, safety, stability, and ongoing coordination of services tailored to each person’s needs.
